We are, perhaps, most proud of our chicken.  They are raised
in small groups in hoop barns and get to go outside for fresh
air and goodies.  We feed them an all natural feed that ensures
they meet all of their nutritional requirements so that  they
will grow well.
"Wow, this is the chicken I used
to eat at grandma's house".

This is the comment I hear most often when
someone tries our chicken for the first time.  
We believe that it's a combination of things
that causes this.
