OUR CHICKEN
Wholesome, Pasture-raised Goodness.

Our broiler chickens are pasture-raised, which means they roam around outside among the grass and bushes and live their best chicken lives! Of course they can always go back inside their open-sided barn for shade, shelter and a nice dust bath, too.
Like our laying hens, these birds spend their days enjoying themselves, foraging, eating as many bugs as they can find, which makes a difference in flavor and texture our chefs and customers love!

Additionally, we ensure that we meet the highest standards for animal welfare, and each chicken is carefully hand-processed to ensure the utmost quality and care. It’s not as fast paced as in a large commercial plant, but all of these little differences result in chicken that “tastes like chicken ought to.”

OUR EGGS
Our layer hens have it good.

Our gals have large pastures where they can roam and range and even play on various structures that we provide for them: hay bales for scratching, limbs to climb on, bugs to chase…
Aside from giving us their delicious eggs, they spend their days enjoying themselves, foraging, eating a vegetarian Non-GMO diet and as many bugs as they can find!

Since our earliest days, Campo Lindo eggs have come along with a teeny story in each lovely dozen on grocery shelves. Just a note about what's happening on our farm and with our family, they're a moment of warm, authentic connection in this fast-paced world for both us and our customers, and we love hearing from folks about how they enjoy coming to know us a bit through our Egg Notes!
